My passion is seeing clients recognize their value and begin embracing the strength and identity God has given them.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I specialize in helping the stressed-out, self-doubting woman feel confident and capable of navigating life without the weight of anxiety or fear. I also have a heart for couples, helping those who feel frustrated or disconnected to rebuild unity and fall in love with their spouse again. My approach is strengths-based and holistic, incorporating the mind, body, and spirit. I utilize a variety of interventions, including CBT, Narrative Therapy, and the Gottman Method for couples. While my Christian faith is an integral part of my life, it is never something I force; it can be incorporated into our work as much or as little as you are comfortable.
