I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Approaches, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and other research-based methods in my practice.
About Me: I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who offers my services both virtually and in person. I’ve served in ministry settings for over 20 years working, bringing that experience into the therapeutic setting to work with all ages: children, adolescents, and adults. My background also includes over a decade of community-based mental health experience. My varied experiences combine with my training to form a uniquely wonderful therapeutic setting for my clients.
