Emily Gates, LPC
Welcome! I'm so glad you're here. Reaching out for support takes courage, and I'm honored you're considering allowing me to be part of your journey. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and understood. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, grief, trauma, or life's everyday challenges, we'll work together to build on your strengths, develop practical tools, and help you move toward healing and growth. I would be honored to walk alongside you through whatever season you're in.
About Me: I work with adolescents, young adults, adults, and older adults, providing compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Exposure and Response Prevention to help clients develop practical coping skills, overcome challenges, and create meaningful, lasting change. I believe therapy is a collaborative partnership built on trust, authenticity, and respect, and I strive to create a supportive environment where you feel heard, empowered, and equipped with the tools to live a more fulfilling and authentic life.
