Chelsea Alvarado, Pre-Licensed

It’s an honor to walk alongside individuals who are seeking healing, growth, and a deeper sense of wholeness. Maybe you’re here because something in your life feels unsettled, patterns that no longer serve you, an inner restlessness, or a quiet sense that you’ve lost connection with parts of yourself. I’m here to meet your story with compassion and curiosity.

I offer an embodied, holistic, and integrative approach to therapy, grounded in the belief that lasting change engages the whole person: mind, body, and soul. I believe our personal stories, relationships, and spiritual journeys all play a meaningful role in shaping our identity and overall well-being. For those who desire it, I also offer space for spiritual direction, drawing from a nurturing Christian framework, to help you explore meaning, faith, and connection in life-giving ways.

I aim to create a safe and unhurried space where you can begin to heal, reconnect with your truest self, and feel empowered to move toward the life you were created for. Whether you’re navigating transition, working through past wounds, or longing to better understand who you are, I would be honored to journey with you.

Chelsea is under the supervision of Phil Zaffos, LPC, CPCS and the direction of Alexandra Thompson, LCSW.
