Brenda Twilley, LPC
Whether you're struggling with overwhelming emotions, relationship patterns that feel stuck, or a deep sense of disconnection, I offer a space where healing and change are possible, where we can explore identity, manage stress, and develop coping skills. I will be honored to help you build emotional resilience, strengthen your sense of self, and create healthier relationships. Together, we will process life transitions, relational challenges, and past experiences that continue to impact the present. You don't have to face this alone. Healing begins with feeling heard, understood, and supported and having a space where you're able to feel safe being vulnerable and authentic.
About Me: I specialize in working with women ages 14+ navigating the complexities of trauma, anxiety, and attachment wounds. I also have experience working with children ages 10+. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in evidenced-based practices. I draw from a relational, trauma-informed, person-centered approach using trauma-informed modalities, attachment theory, and mindfulness-based therapies. I find exploring your past experiences with family and other relationships and addressing the function of your nervous system to be valuable in resolving present issues.
